The educational program “Polish Language and Literature and Ukrainian Language” is aimed at preparing highly qualified specialists with in-depth knowledge of Polish language and literature and Ukrainian language, capable of carrying out professional activities in a multilingual and multicultural environment.

Опис програми

The program creates conditions for further studies at the third (educational and scientific) level, including doctoral studies in fields such as Slavic languages, comparative literary studies, translation studies, and related areas.

Key advantages of the program:

in-depth study of Polish language and literature combined with Ukrainian as the language of specialization;

development of competencies in translation studies, editing, and literary analysis;

preparation for professional activity in educational, cultural, academic, and media environments;

the opportunity to study under a double degree program in partnership with Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań;

participation in international academic programs through cooperation with the University of Warsaw, University of Łódź, University of Wrocław, and Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń, among others.

Document on the previously obtained level of education (Bachelor’s or Master’s diploma) and entrance examinations for foreign applicants:

Language of instruction exam (Ukrainian or English language),
Professional exam,
Professional assessment test in Polish language.
