Organizational Management and Business Communication

The aim of the program is to focus on the in-depth professional training of modern managers and entrepreneurs who are proactive and capable of quickly responding to dynamic changes in the business environment, establishing effective business communication, and forming innovative, competitive business organizations as well as developing social entrepreneurship, which combines entrepreneurial innovation with social orientation to address specific social problems and represents a new, promising direction for the development of Ukraine’s economy in line with sustainable development goals. 

The program takes into account modern requirements for solving practical issues through the study of relevant elective courses, the organic combination of theoretical learning with practical training through blended classes, and practical preparation through the implementation of dual education. The educational program is aligned with the Master’s program “Business Management and Administration” of the Baltic International Academy, enabling the possibility of obtaining a double degree.
