Training of professionals who possess a system of knowledge in the field of law, are familiar with modern scientific achievements in this field, and are able to critically evaluate and apply in practice theoretical provisions, including doctrinal and conceptual approaches, postulates, and innovative methods. They are capable of continuous learning and self-improvement, able to teach a full cycle of legal disciplines in higher education at a high methodological and professional level using the most modern educational techniques and methods, participate in scientific research, and engage in law-making, law enforcement, expert-consulting, and organizational-management activities. They are also capable of independently creating high-quality and competitive legal intellectual products and developing and implementing legal projects independently or as team leaders.

Опис програми

The training of Master’s degree students in Law is aimed at:
— acquiring specialized conceptual knowledge, including modern scientific achievements in the field of professional activity or the field of Law, which form the basis for original thinking, research, and critical understanding of problems in law and at the intersection of different fields of knowledge;
— acquiring specialized skills and abilities for problem-solving required for conducting research and/or implementing innovative activities aimed at developing new knowledge and procedures;
— developing the ability to integrate knowledge and solve complex problems in broad or multidisciplinary contexts, as well as the ability to solve problems in new or unfamiliar environments with incomplete or limited information, taking into account relevant aspects.

Умови для вступу

Previous educational qualification required: Bachelor's degree or Master's degree.

Entrance examinations for international applicants:

Language of instruction examination (Ukrainian or English language);
Professional entrance examination in the chosen field of study.
