Training program

The educational program is aimed at developing professional competencies of specialists for effective activity in the field of the food industry and restaurant business.
The aim of the program is to train highly qualified specialists in food production who are capable of professional activity in solving complex specialized tasks and practical problems of a technical and technological nature in production conditions within enterprises of the food industry and the restaurant sector at both national and international levels; to prepare specialists capable of performing managerial functions, promoting at the enterprise or industry level best ideas, practices, and international standards, quality assurance technologies, developing regulatory and technological documentation, and creating innovative types of food products.

Document on Previous Level of Education Obtained and Entrance Examinations for International Applicants:

  1. Examination in the language of instruction (Ukrainian or English language);
  2. Mathematics examination;
  3. World History examination;
  4. Examination in Biology or Chemistry or Physics.
